Tatyana Il’ina - RenoVizija
Tatzana Il'ina - RenoVizija
About Client
Tatyana Il’ina is the founder and lead designer of RenoVizija—an innovative interior design platform specializing in fast, aesthetically refined, and budget-efficient apartment transformations. With a clear mission to turn empty properties into functional, welcoming homes, Tatyana leads a team that strikes the perfect balance between design, functionality, and practicality. Her approach is built on optimizing time and costs without compromising on quality, positioning RenoVizija as a recognizable brand among young apartment owners in Serbia.

Challenge
When we first sat down with Tatyana and her partner Nik, we realized they had an interesting offer—fast, aesthetically refined, and very affordable apartment makeovers. An offer that would definitely catch clicks in our market. But aside from the offer itself… not much else was at the right level. :)
Independently run Google Search campaigns
On a brand-new account, overly broad keywords were used, with no negative keywords or audience segmentation. CTR was below average, while the cost per click kept climbing.
Unoptimized landing page
Since Tatyana is a Russian designer, Serbian isn’t her native language, and as a result, the website copy felt a bit unnatural. The portfolio featured only interactive 3D models that were difficult to navigate, making it hard for visitors to get a clear sense of the project quality. On top of that, some lead forms weren’t working properly, Google Analytics was poorly integrated, and the combination of these factors had a serious impact on conversions.
Our Approuch
We first paused all existing campaigns and went back to basics. Through in-depth keyword research, we identified the exact phrases people use when they’re genuinely planning to hire an interior designer—terms like “apartment renovation cost” or “interior design Belgrade.” These were grouped into small, precise ad groups, while irrelevant searches (DIY tips, wallpapers, décor) were excluded through negative lists. The result was a dramatically higher CTR and lower CPC, as Google finally started showing ads only to people actively looking to purchase the service -not just collect ideas.
But that wasn’t the only reason behind the sharp CTR increase.
We also studied the competition and noticed that most were running extremely generic ads. In today’s world, overflowing with information where attention is the most valuable currency, generic messaging is the one thing a brand can’t afford.
(Here’s a screenshot to show exactly what we mean:)

To stand out from the sea of generic ads, we highlighted the key advantages of working with Tatyana directly in the headlines.

To stand out from the sea of generic ads, we highlighted the key advantages of working with Tatyana directly in the headlines.
Next, we moved on to the website.
Our initial idea was to create a brand-new, modern, conversion-optimized site—but at that time, Tatyana wasn’t ready for such a step. So instead, we focused on optimizing the essentials. Heavy 3D models were replaced with clear galleries showcasing the styles Tatyana offers. All copy was localized into natural Serbian, and we highlighted their main offer: three times more affordable, five times faster, transparent equipment pricing, and a fixed €500 fee.
As a result, the average time on site doubled, and inquiries went from zero to a hundred in no time. ;)

Result

Return on Investment: 588.5%
The client didn’t start with a large budget, so every euro had to count. We spent only €610, and in my opinion, achieved phenomenal results—especially considering the account was brand new and Google’s AI needed some time to gather enough data to truly understand what we were after.
With that budget, we generated 26 inquiries, 11 of which were high-quality, leading to 6 closed deals (4 at €800 and 2 at €500). On a €610 ad spend, the client billed €4,200—resulting in a 588.5% return on investment.
Conclusion
This project demonstrated how a carefully crafted strategy—combined with precise targeting and optimization of key user experience touchpoints—can deliver outstanding results even with a limited budget. By focusing on relevant keywords, eliminating generic ads, and tailoring the website to the local market, we were able to significantly increase CTR, lower cost per click, and boost conversions.
The result was a 588.5% return on investment, proving that solid preparation, a clear message, and smart resource allocation can turn even a small initial budget into significant business success.
